The Nuggets attended their first Texas Rangers baseball game this weekend.  Funny enough they were playing the Houston Astros (my first pro baseball game).  Unfortunately, the home team didn’t win.  Fourteen innings made it a great game.

We didn’t get to actually watch too much of the game but it was a great experience overall.

We bought their first little baseball caps and seeing them running (as fast as their little feet would carry them) around the stadium, made me so sad, and at the same time, excited for the little boys they are becoming.

The boys did stellar for not having an afternoon nap.

We did not make it all fourteen innings.  We left at the bottom of the eighth…better not push it. And before we were even out of the parking lot, they were passed out.

Experiencing a major league baseball game for the first time with our boys made me appreciate it in a totally different way.  I absolutely love having kids.
