I’m out of the loop as to what’s “in” these days in children’s entertainment. I’ve heard of Dora (who hasn’t) but that’s about it. Books are what I’m focusing on today.
For Mother’s Day, The Hubs got me a card, flowers and a Curious George book. The Hubs is good. He paid attention. I told him a long time ago that Curious George was my favorite and now it’s the first book the Nuggets have received. Special.
Even with new age characters, I still want the Nuggets to have some of the staple books I thoroughly enjoyed as a kid.

I will admit, I am so grateful that Barney the Dinosaur stage is gone. Died. Not to be resurrected. “I love you, you love me….” Gah! Now it’s going to be stuck in my head. What important books I’m missing? Please share!
