Soooo the fact that I didn’t update the blog pretty much answers any questions right? BIG. FAT. NEGATIVE.
Like I mentioned before, I didn’t feel pregnant. And when you are trying as hard as we are, you watch for any and all indications that it could finally be time.
Since the doctor said the ovulation looked great and the follicles looked awesome and the shot ensured that I ovulated and we timed everything perfectly I want to just go through with the surgery. I don’t want to spend money on an IUI if there is scar tissue which will still prevent the fertilization and all that good stuff. I have a meeting set up with the doctor on Tuesday next week – to see if we can do the surgery prior to trying the IUIs. We’ll see what he says.
Additionally, it’s quite awesome the amount of medical bills that I’m already getting. Insurance is so unfair. I”ve paid thousands of dollars into it over the last 4+ years with this company and I NEVER use it. Now that I need it they deny everything until I call to appeal it. I mean, I got blood work done and I receive a bill for $486!! WTF? So it becomes my responsibility to harass them so they can spend some of the money I’ve been paying them for years. Such a messed up system. And no. Obama is not making it any better, just more expensive.
